Dancers of all experience levels, including those who have never danced before, are welcome to this FREE event. The evening will include a performance of the Shim Sham, a short and simple lesson in Lindy Hop, and hours of dancing in the park. Swing dancers around the world gather on May 26th, the birthday of Frankie Manning, to celebrate Lindy Hop and the encourage persons of all walks of life to participate in the enduring traditions of swing dancing.
